With the rising cost of beef lately, maybe Bison will become a better alternative. And why not? It’s much healthier, better tasting and is always great hot from the grill.
We tried go go as “healthy” with these spicy Bison Fajitas as possible. The gluten-free tortilla wraps, however, couldn’t stand up the the awesome goodness within. Spiced ’em up with Tango Verde and a killer Jalapeño/Kiwi hot sauce.
Despite the failure of those flimsy tortilla wraps, this fajita was outstanding!
